Revenge is Brighton’s premier gay nightspot. Opened in 1991 when many of it current patrons were still at school Revenge has continued to provide Brighton’s gay community with a place to come together and party, with a massive line up of the hottest variety of nights, talented local and international superstar DJs and PA’s from top pop and house artists. We have welcomed to our stage some incredible artists including Joe McElderry, Diana Vickers, Stacey Solomon, Alexandra Burke, Kelis, The Saturdays, The Wanted, The X-Factor finalists, The Reason, Husstle, Jedward, Adam Rickitt, Ms Dynamite, Rebecca Ferguson, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Lady Sovereign & more. House lovers have enjoyed seeing some of the best internationally renowned DJs including Syke N Sugarstarr, The Freemasons, The Cut Up Boys, Dave Pearce, Whelan & Di Scala alongside our fantastic residents and some incredible house PA's such as Tara McDonald, Kathy Brown, Katherine Ellis, Abigail Bailey & Amanda Wilson.

We put on UV Parties, Foam Parties, Beach Parties, Bubble Parties, White Parties, Student Pride, many many theme nights including circus, pirates’n’pjs, ghoulish Halloween events, Blowout Official Student Parties, the Freshers Pub Crawl and the best Pride and New Years Eve events the city has to offer.

Revenge is spread over 3 floors of fabulousness including our recently added state of the art LED experience the Box Bar and the decked roof terrace with unrivalled panoramic views of Brighton seafront and the Pier.

2005 saw the opening of R-Bar, Revenge’s sister venue which has established itself as one of the best bars in town, providing pre-club DJ's almost every night; late night food; delicious cocktails; delicious Sunday roasts and top acoustic performances.

Revenge’s success has been recognised many times over the years, receiving awards from local and national gay publications such as “Brighton’s Favourite Club” (GScene & RealBrighton.com Golden handbag Awards) and “3rd Best Club in the UK” (Pink Paper Awards).

As well as providing the best gay events for Brighton’s community Revenge is an active supporter of local and national charities and has raised thousands of pounds for worthy causes including Pride in Brighton & Hove, Terrence Higgins Trust South, Stonewall, Brighton Women’s Centre, Sussex Beacon, LGBrighTon, Sussex LGBTQ Society, Help For Heroes & Breast Cancer Awareness.

Revenge opens its doors every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sunday. Every week is jam packed full of a wide range of events to suit Brighton’s vibrant community, our award winning club nights include Girls On Top (Thurs) the UK’s Best Girls Night (outside London – g3 Magazine) and Saturday’s rulin house night Kinky Dangerous (Brighton’s Favourite Club Night – Golden Handbags).
